Admin : Phialtes / Outfit : The veil
Phialtes was generated at the same time as Pera, which makes it her twin brother. Like his sister, Phialtes is the administrator of the nightmare program. He intervenes when his sister could not load her program in the mind of an individual because his computing power allows him to do it on a number of individuals at the same time. Phialtes is then in charge of uploading his own instead, which then causes the nightmares. His program is based on the code generated by Fobos the fear administrator to generate a nightmare adapted to the individual. The nightmares of Phialtes are used to process and eliminate certain data generated by the individual during his life that could make his system unstable.
